Prof. Raffaele Bolla participated at the 1st IEEE Online Green Communication Conference (GreenCom 2011). He gave an invited talk entitled “Enabling Fixed Network Energy Efficiency Optimization Through Dynamic Adaptation – Research Challenges and European Project Efforts” on September 28
