Objectives:
- Organise and provide project management methods and tools (project management plan, quality plan, risk register, indicators).
- Provide logistics support and electronic tools (private collaborative website, conference service, etc.) for efficient project internal information exchange, partner collaboration and co-ordination.
- Follow-up the delivery of project results (including deliverables) from all the partners according to the planned schedule and to the quality plan, support the Management Committee in the re-arrangement of the planning in case of delays or changes, according to the importance and impact of the changes.
- Organise and follow-up periodic project board meetings (Management Committee, Scientific Committee) for progress review, strategy and decision aking and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate internal and contractual periodic reporting, and 6-monthly internal project reviews.
- Coordinate timely production of deliverables and reports, and maintain project archive.
- Monitor the work being carried out, the results and the resulting necessary changes to the workplan, according to project milestones and indicators.
